Oksana Valerievna Terekhova

was born in 1974 in Kiev, Ukraine.

In 1991, she finished secondary school and entered the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Kiev International University of Civil Aviation.

In 1996, she graduated with honors as an engineer-economist.

In August 1996, she was hired as an engineer-economist by Kamchatka Airlines.

In September 2008, she became Deputy Director of Finance and Economics at Kamchatka Airlines.

In January 2011, she become Deputy Director of Economics at Kronotsky Reserve.
